David Markel and his team at PPMP have been vital in securing membership into Heartland HealthCare Network (www.chooseheartland.com), and assisting with both the credentialing of Dr. Lenzmeier and NP Heidi Selzler-Echola.
Paying Online
To make an online payment, please enter your legal first and last name below, and then click Pay Now to proceed to the secure payment portal.
Online payment methods include any type of credit card, as well as checking account ACH transactions.
Paying in Person
To make a payment in person, simply visit us during regular clinic hours on Tuesday’s from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. We accept cash, check or credit card.
Paying by Mail
To make a payment by mail, you may send check or credit card payments to our billing address.
